Smile I slept and slept long and well...........

Wow, I watched TV till around 11pm. Took my meds and slept until 10am this morning, that's late for me.

I must of been exhausted and all that stress was relieved so I really had a good nights sleep, I guess I needed it.

I did go to bed and wake up with an ear ache, but can deal with that.

Going to just have a nice laid back day.

Tomorrow I will clean, although I should today, but I need to learn to say no it can wait and this is my rest day. LOL rest day...I slept so long, do I really need a rest day, Oh yeah, what the heck why not have a day to do just nothing.

Except my long walk tonight with my dogs, which I really enjoy.

Still going to be 90 today, we are having an extra long summer here. Except for the nights it drops down.

Have a great day.......................Hugs, Nikko
