Every once in a while I try to catch up on the current science about calcium supplements. I find the info confusing and think that the science is still catching up with itself.

I think I can handle a small amount of extra calcium in supplements before the Verapamil starts to get effected. Also I think that Magnesium and D3 (sunlight) and exercise and hormones and all kinds of other stuff perhaps play a bigger role in our bone health than calcium does.

I'll be glad when science can be more helpful.
