But you gotta cry. It's important. All that saddness has to come out. It can't stay inside.

Go ahead and let yourself cry.

DITTO - yes crying is a good release, give yourself time to grieve.

Take care, Nikko

I cannot eat or sleep. Well, I wait till night to eat. I'm doing better today after posting some pictures in my husband's guestbook. My husband's friend told me my husband never stopped loving me. I plan on callling hospice and see if I can find out anything. Hospice does counseling so I'm going to ask for it if they'll do it.

Good Barb

And I'm glad you posted the pictures and his friend talked to you.

I am glad that you are finding some answers. And that things
are looking a little better.

When I am utterly stressed out, I can't eat either. Maybe look into some Carnation Instant Breakfast, Slimfast, or Ensure.

There are also protein bars out there that are decent but they aren't the best.

Just some ideas to throw out there. You're body will give out on you. This I know from experience. I wish I could bring you some soup.
