Hi,
I went to bed late. Then I woke up early because maintenance was working on an apartment near mine -- lost of banging and some power tools. I fell back to sleep a few times anyway, but then the noise would start up again. I'm tired. Mari |

No noise today but I still don't know why I go to bed at 5:00 am when I could just as easily go to bed at 1 or 2:00 am. I am sleepy at 1:00 --- I just don't want to go to bed.
Today I am tired. But I will be able to take a nap in the afternoon later. M. |

Glad there is NO noise today.
Hope you can catch a nice nap today too. Maybe you could just try laying down at 1am and seeing if you fall off to sleep, at least for awhile, it would be good if you could get into that routine, yet I know it's not easy.
