Default can't figure out if I took my 2.0 Klonopin tonight or not

Hi,
I have resisted using a pill organizer.
It's part of my effort to keep all matter in my life is total disarray.

I'm guessing that I took my Klonopin because I feel physically like I probably did.
But if I did not take it, that would not be good.

Mayby when I wake up later Tuesday I can make some efforts to organize stuff -- like renew meds at the pharmacy, pick up stuff off the floor so that hubby can vacuum, pay bills. . . .

. . . .feeling freaked out lately I think mostly because at work I am not organized enough. . . Also I am trying to come up with a good exercise and diet plan so I can have enough faith in myself to follow it.

Heart

((((((Mari)))))),

Sometimes I can't remember whether I took my pills or not. Sometimes checking the bathroom glass for water residue gives me a clue

You use the FAMOUS "flat floor filing system" too!! We're twins !!

Mostly I hate doing laundry. But, on top of that I can't stand any longer after folding it all downstairs so I usually don't put it away right away. That means that the carryalls are full of clean laundry ... so I put the dirty laundry on the floor until either I put the clean stuff away or my cat starts nesting on the floor

Did you ever watch "The Jetsons" when you were a kid?? We were supposed to be able to push a button "in the future" and do the dishes and the laundry and get dressed -- all that aggravating stuff that takes so long and never gets 'finished'. What ever happened to the push button environment that was supposed to make our lives easier

Sometimes, when I reach what I call my "crap quotient", I either set the timer for 15 minutes and do just that amount of picking up or I pick up during commercials when I'm watching my one soap opera a day ('The Young and The Restless'). Just the 15 minutes or 5 minutes puts enough of a break in the pile so that I can feel like I've accomplished something.

Hope you have a BETTER DAY today and hope you can remember if you took your pills. BIG HUGS.

Barb

Dear Barb,

Yes, the Flat Floor Filing System is my system. At work and at home I have filing cabinets that have nicely alphabetized folders BUT I don't use them.
Who could find stuff that way?? It is not a logical way to put something away or even to retrieve anything.

One time I had a cleaning lady who "organized" my piles of stuff on the floor. It was a disaster and it was all I could do to be half way polite to her as I escorted her out the door.

I think you've been to my place! The laundry baskets hold clean clothes. The dirty clothes go on the floor in their piles according to color or type.

And yes, I've been mad a whhiiile now about being LIED to in the "Meet the Jetsons" carton. Today we actually have the freakin technology for many of that stuff. Why don't builders put it into our buildings? I sat for hours studying that show. It's not that hard. People. We have smart people who work in this country. What are they working on? I have some important projects for them.

I'm thinking of bathrooms for example. That would be a logical place to put a one botton cleaning system: Close the door, press the bottom and presto! Ten minutus later and the place is cleaned. But before that, we would have to rethink the design of the fixtures. They should be easier to clean around than they are now.

So should the fixtures in the kitchen. Kitchens are impractical to clean. It is as if the people who think of items for a kitchen never took a clean towel in their hands and tried to wipe anything down --- to many corners, creases, uneven ledges,. . .

I'd like to talk to the team who made "Meet the Jetsons" and ask them what the heck happened???? They made the show in 1962-1963. It took place in the 21 st century. Well, we are there now!! Who is blocking our progress in the home. I need to know.
