Arrow Weekend Check In Time Friday March 7

Greetings,

--I was feeling depressed for a few days. . . . Maybe because I have been home and inside the apt. At least I caught up on sleep mostly.

---I called my sister tonight and we talked for 2 hours about the usual crap -- her job, the election, one of my brothers . . . . (first time we talked in 16 days. we didn't talk about anything important like why I got angry and sad.)

----I worked out at the gym earlier this evening around 9:00 pm. This was the first time I noticed that everyone was younger that I and in better shape. It only bothered me a little. I need to re-hook up with the rhythms of the gym and find a time to go when the old people like me are there.

-----Tomorrow/Friday I see my therapist again. I think she wants to do hypnosis/relaxation (no time during session for tolking about stuff)

How are you folks doing?
Are you making plans for the spring/summer?
Are you getting ready for the first day of spring? Easter?

I would love to go to the beach on Saturday night and see the full moon . . . not sure if hubby will want to.

Red face

I deleted alot of the values thread because it was becoming an obcession for me.....

Oh Mari, I hope your hubby will want to go with you to the beach...that sounds great!
Perhaps you could write a letter to your sister???

I think I need to do some soul searching this weekend.

Mari, I think it is great you talked to your sister at all. Give it some time and you two may be able to talk about what bothers you two.

Bizi, soul searching is good every now and then. I hope you get to the place you want to be.

I hope to go to church Sunday, get some studying done, and clean my apartment some. I plan to plant impatients in late April.

I was out helping a family. They didn't get all they wanted. But I believe
they felt heard and that is a start. I also think they might be in for getting
more of what they want the fm system in years to come. Even though
the teacher says she is for it, I believe she is the main reason they aren't
getting it the way they want now.

So they will get some other things they want, and that will benefit the
child and come back to the table at another time and I think it will change.

They just need to wait and be patient.

Also had Physical therapy really seeing progress with my shoulder seeing
it healing and hoping it wont take much more. Working with both today.
Think we will concentrate more on both now.

Nikko

Better check in tomorrow. I am getting worried about her.

And Derrick and I had a wonderful day, met my sisters and one
of their husbands. And had lunch. Then went to the mall.

Donna,

Your day sounded nice. I could not seem to stay out of bed today. I guess I needed the sleep.

Thanks Mari,

I did catch up on my sleep.

Last night my eye glasses broke and now I'm wearing an old pair of tri-focal eye glasses and I'm use to bi-focal.
