I'm playing much better upbeat music now too.
Hi Barbara!! I know what you mean about the music thing!! If I play upbeat....I am OK. If I play something that pulls at my heartstrings....it can make me sappy and sometimes sad....music is funny in that way, how it can affect us so deeply!! Take Care of yourself, Barbara....it was very good to hear back from you!

Thank you Dorrie,

I even went for 2 walks today even though I woke up feeling down and out of sorts. After my walks I now feel in better spirits.

It's amazing what a little fresh air, activity and nature can do, isn't it.
I find that I feel refreshed after being outside for awhile- I think we get a little bit of "cabin fever" sometimes.

Well if it would only warm up and stay warm here. Ugh, I can't get
out and walk so I'm ready for the walk in about two weeks.

I just don't handle the cold weather well.

And I'm having trouble with dizzies in the cold. So ugh weather.
