I am not sure what has caused you to gain this weight....
What I do know is that many people have to forever watch our weight...I have been 50 pounds heavier and don't want to ever go there again. Depression has to do with this as well. So many of us have gained weight and this adds to depression about our diagnosis..... I will probabaly always be dieting and having to watch my weight. ARe you exercising? those symptoms sound alot like anxiety. Many folks here suffer with anxiety disorders as well. I had those before when I was hypomanic...or coming down off a high. Have you heard about hypomania before? bizi
