Smile This board helps me

Greetings,
I was trying to figure out why I am more anxious tonight than usual. Even after taking my unsual 2.0 Klonopin, I feel anxiety in my chest.

Thinking about what to say in my post here helps me come up closer to an answer -- not sure what it is yet

At any rate, after I log off, I am taking a little extra klonopin and heating up a bowl of rice.

I wish that I didn't have to work so hard to figure out what is happening with the meds and my own chemistry. I wish I could plug myself into a computer and see everything on a screen and not try to do guess work/go over everything I did differently today and yesterday.
In some ways the pdocs are not much better off than we are -- they make med decisions based on obervations and patterns.

Ok. Enough late night rambling. I wanted to let you know that I appreciate your being here. I think/hope that I figured out the anxiety for now.

Have a good night people.

mari

I'm new here and to forums in general so I'm a little gun shy.

But I'm thankful that so many here have replied and made me feel not so alone in all this.

This board really helps me and I just love you all! Sorry I didn't answer sooner but yesterday I was so zonked.
Mari I am trying to formulate how I think I can tell the difference between psychological depression versus bipolar depression...it might take me a bit longer...also I definitely have trouble with showers and part of it is depression i know and lack of energy and another part is the initial stimulation which is stresslike...

Dear Mymorgy,
I wonder if my not showering is related to not wanting to deal with people.

It iS a lot of stimulation and rather stressful.
Still wondering if there is a thing I could change to make it less stressful. Or maybe I can learn to live with it (the not showering).

Mari,

I am glad to have you on the boards along with everyone else. If we keep writing we should come to something good of it sooner or later. Here's to hoping you feel better.

I say that one of us needs to win the lotto and buy a "Bipolar Boards to Bahamas" plane to take us!

Y'all are great. I'm glad you are all here.
