Hi Meg! Welcome to the Bipolar forum, you can talk here, we're all here for emotional support and just because others have worse problems, possibly even the big C word, it doesn't minimize your problems or mean you should be embarrassed to talk about them here. I have high anxiety too and it's really hard to live with it so I empathize with you already. It's nice to meet you and I will read your Intro thread in a while, thanks for posting one!
