Dear Meg,
Here is a link to SMART recovery. IT is a site for people like me who want to quit drinking or using and get our lives straightened out. There is a chat room there 24/7 so you can always go there and get support. I go there in the evenings I am bizi there as well. YOu do need to register. I would highly reccomend joining there. The chat room is great. I recently bought their hand book and am working some of the tools they give you guidance. It has meetings like AA but not religious nor dogmatic.
