Hello People,
What's happening? Do you have updates? This weekend for me is about catching up on sleep, paperwork for work, and exercise. I have also recommitted to my veggie diet and Weight Watchers. I lost three pounds the past 6 weeks even though I was not attending meetings or journaling my points. I'm so happy that I did not back slide. That makes it easier to go forward again and make a good effort. Mari |
