Default A good day at work. Need to share.

Hi,
For months I have been miserable about some of my bosses at work.
I come home feeling tired and misused / ill-used.

Today two of the sane bosses called a meeting with my team.
Everyone on the team was terrific. We stuck together as if we were reading from a script.
We changed the topic to something important to us and never let the bosses get back to their dumb issue.
We kept pointing out how our issue was related to everything they wanted.

My team did great.
We did all this while being classy and professional.

And we explained clearly in ways even they understood that nothing will get done until they make our change.

Sometimes progress is measured in smalls ways.
Tonight I feel tired but I also feel lifted up / buoyed by my team.
