I put my sweater on over my pajamas and drove myself to the beach

The beach was lovely in the late afternoon. And I didn't need the sweater.

Right now I am sad.
I feel like I am going through some kind of healing process.

I feel so out of it. I might go to bed soon and just sleep in the same pajamas I wore to the beach.
