Yes, Pam

I may have gotten a reason for my real weight gain today.

I have a high sugar blood level, and am starting a new medicine.

I'm hoping that will be part of the answer, I also know I've really
been overly tired and no reason for that.

So I'm thinking this could really be helpful.

Also todays test was long, but they loaned me a pillow about 1/2
way through the 4 hours I was falling asleep.

Its not unusual for me to sleep a lot now.

Dear Donna,

The new medicine should make you feel better and maybe less sleepy.
I'm glad that you have started getting some answers.
One test completed and three more to go for the year it seems.

I'm also scheduled to see a orthopedic doctor about my shoulder on
January 5th. I would have gotten in next tuesday, but it was the
same time as one of my test.

My shoulder has been bothering me for a while. Its just not getting
better.

And my massage therapist hasn't been able to get the pain to stop
either, because it seems to part of it be in the muscle at times.

Dear Donna,
Maybe you'll get an MRI or something like that.
I'm amazed at how much you are getting accomplished.
It takes a lot to get these things organized and in place.

Good luck with the results.

Guess I was not paying attention. Forget to mention while I was at the hospital on Christmas eve. They did the gallbladder test, that was scheduled for the 30th also. Now after 6 sticks to get the medication in the IV site I'm just glad the gallbladder showed up. Because about 15 to 20 minutes before it would have been time to add the next medicine the guy told me that he forgot to tell me. That if it didn't show up that I would need to have someone available to come get me they would be giving me morphine.

Hmmm, gosh a little late to tell me this. Now one was available.

It did show up and it was still with its pain.

Well I'm being sent to a surgeon to see about the gallbladder. It's not functioning right. So I would guess this means it is definately coming
out. Not going back to the idiot who refused to talk about taking it
out.

I also repeat the pelvic ultrasound in 2 months.

Next well someone messed up and did the wrong ultrasound, and I have
to repeat the thyroid area one. I'm really irritated with the person who
entered the paperwork. They put it in wrong. There mistake will
cost me money.

The other test isn't been called on yet.

Dear Donna,
You are doing very well taking one step at a time.
I find arranging these dr things to be very consuming.
I have to get a routine mammo. But first I needed a new prescription from the doc because I lost the other; then I need the CD of the pictures from the old lab because the new doc only uses a certain lab.

Later today I have to pick up the CD. They called and said it is ready. I hope that it really is.

Then I have to find out where the new lab is so I can go for the mammo on New Year's Eve when my appointment is.
It takes a lot of work.

I think you are courageous and very strong to go through all this.

M.
