Saturday night is the first of our parades starting mardi gras.
club rio crew will be all decked out and throwing some great beads!

I bought hubby some nice rib eye steaks, potaoes, and chocolate cake with his name on it and a card for valentines day early.

I am here....

So hating being in a mixed state... found out yesterday how fast I can go from zero to tumbling spinning manic to dark depression.... NOT FUN!!!

I couldn't reach my tdoc so I called my pastor friend.... he was able to calm me but not stop the mixed state... still there and still fighting.

I see tdoc at 8am on monday and pdoc at 9:15.... something has got to be done. I'm afraid I am going to lose it if not.


HAPPY VALENTINES DAY!!
My dad is making my mom and I dinner tonight.... other than that... I'm just sitting here.

glad to hear from you, hope you had a good time last night in spite of the head-spaghetti going on. it has been abotu 2 weeks - that's a full blown mixed EPISODE. Your pdoc better do something sure enough. Make sure he understands how long it's gone on, and the extremes you have dealt with. if you think you might forget or get derailed as you talk to him, make a "shopping list" of brief, "point items" and bring it with. you can even hand it to him, and let him ask you to elaborate each one, that way you ensure all get covered.

glad you are getting out to lunch with your friend. hope you enjoy! It makes me mad about your neighbors. It just does. I keep sending you "safety vibes" .

I talk to Bobby every now and then - overall she has still been down, but hanging in there so to speak. not really up to posting but she thinks about you guys.

talked to her just a few days ago but had to cut off abruptly coz i had therapy and had to do something for mom before i left. wish i had been more cognizant of the time. haven't seen her online since. so, right now, i don't know what is going on. maybe she will pop in sometime, who knows...

i have to go. now i'm even more glum thinking about this.

overall,

i want to stick my head down the toilet and flush, and that's my general sentiment for today.
