The technique Wes is talking about is a positive reinforcement exercise. Both boys are practicing releasing negative energy effectively and how to give each other their positive energy.

Wes is in a very mixed mood right now and on the verge of a severe psychosis. His voices come and go when he's like this. We have all become very practiced over the years to watch very carefully for the point where he is no longer safe.

Thankfully, he can express what the voices say and feels safe enough to let us know when he is no longer strong enough to disbelieve them.

He is an increadibly strong young man and I am very proud of him.

His pdoc and therapist aren't on our new insurance but when I talked to the office today, they promised to help us transition and they will help us get him placed if he gets any worse. (I know, it doesn't seem like it can get much worse, but it does for him. This is just the begining.) Hopefully, the docs we contacted today will get back with us tomorrow and get him emergency appointments.

His mummy thanks you all for being here. Sometimes it isn't enough for him to hear these things just from me.

Dear Wes,
Thanks for sharing your technique with us.
It sounds like you and your brother are good for each other.
I hope that tomorrow is a better day.
