Hello Friends,
How are you?

I'm feeling ill and I have a tdoc appointment in a few hours. I would love to cancel, but she will not be happy. She wants to do hypnosis to help me relax / feel better.
Maybe I should set my alarm and go to bed for a little while.

I hope that people who have been struggling will have their struggles eased. I hope that people who are feeling uncertain and worried, will have clear thoughts. I hope that those of us who struggle everyday to stay on the right side of our moods, will have a good day today and in the days following.

Hi All!!

Is it really the weekend already?!?!?!

This week has sped by..................

No plans this weekend... I don't think.... I'm sure someone will remind me if I am supposed to do something.

I think I'm going back to bed here in a little bit.... still having troubles with sleep/wake thingy..... I either want to or do sleep all of the time or I can't sleep at all....

I see Tdoc on Monday.... same office as Pdoc so it may be possible for Tdoc to check with Pdoc while I am there to see if there is anything that can help me get off of this freaking cyclone rollercoaster.....
(Sorry....can you tell I'm getting really frustrated and angry with this mixed state?)

That is great about your appointment on monday with t-doc! And good plan... i hope she can get things moving right then and there for ya with pdoc since they are in the same office!

i SUUUUUUUUURE can appreciate getting real frustrated with being stuck in that cyclone. been a while now. thank goodness you do get those periods where you sleep. it sounds a bit like there is a cycling character to the mixed state as well. this happens to me sometimes. accept sleep when those phases come. it taps the brakes on the manic aspects.

I REALLY HOPE YOUR PDOC TWEAKS SOMETHING to help you FEEL BETTER!!!

Hi all,

I managed to get out of the house and put a load of towels in at the laundry mat. They had been wet since the toilet overflooded Wednesday.

I have a birthday party to go to tomorrow. I hope I'm over this headache.

I told tdoc that I have not showered or bathed since Sunday afternoon. And you know what? I have no plans to do so either.


We did the hypnosis thing so that I would feel calmer.

She told me to focus on one minute at a time.

Derrick is at the Semi Formal dance tonight with his lady. Her
parents are taking a group of the kids tonight.

I haven't gotten to take a nap today and my body is screaming at me... VERY LOUDLY!!!

I just figured out that I should have done laundry today....

I did manage to find a new Family Practice MD today... have an appointment on the 23rd. (old one will no longer take my insurance)

I HATE change!!! But my friend has agreed to go with me to the appointment.
