Default Finding Interesting things out in case

I called my ex's benefits center and asked if my ex could change me as beneficiary to his savings plan withoug my permission. They said no so if what I believe is correct I am due that money. According to a court case I am entitled to it even though the divorce degree said I am not. The point is beneficiary rules over all other. My in-laws must have gotten it illegally cause it's been over a year since it would have paid out.
