I've only had a couple of hours of sleep in the past 30 or so hours I guess. I'm not feeling too out of it though but will probably have to take an increase in my Loxatane to get to sleep. I am allowed to increase it some as PRN. Weekends are bad for me. Although believe me, I have plenty to do getting ready to move right after Christmas. Now that my family is back in my life I'm wondering if I really should have them in it.

Default Sleep

BF I must be making up for both of us...but am sleeping in the evening, now at midnight I am wide awake!

My daughter 29 yrd old started Lyrica and drove me nutty with insomnia, since she was I up I should be too I guess. Her trazadone really helps with sleep.

I had work today one cleint cancelled so a quiet day, but I forgot my bifocals...ergh, paperwork was tough!

I am glad for our warm up frrom 4* to to yesterday reaching almost 50*.
Now my turn to try and sleep.
NIghty nite, don't let the bed bugs bite all!

Dear DiMarie,
I carry my reading glasses in purse. They are cute, but I hate to put them on because they still get in my way. I've had them for two years. The chic who sold them to me, told me to wear them all the time. Yeah right.
Let's hear it for warm/warmer weather.

Default Da Tree and a flat

I would like to get the tree up today....Yikes, give me strength! I have zero motovation. I don't even have the spot cleaned out but it is sitting in the middle of the floor!

I am sure it will beautiful once it is up...but the whole time, I think about, ERGH, it coming down.

Oh, I ran my husband breakfast, hit a washout in the road and tore a hole in my sidewall of new snow tire and no road protection on it! Good thing I had AAA road service.
Not my day

Di, I'v heard that trazadone is good for sleep. What type of medicine is it? I think in 1990 I took it and I gained a lot of weight. I sure wouldn't want to gain any more than the 50 extra pounds I tote around now.

Poll trazadone

I didn't look it up, but I think it is anti-psychotic or a mood drug. Maybe more of a mood drug. My daughter uses it a bed time and has a full night sleep, the first in many years. Then the lyrica they used for enrve painconteracted it and Wow, she was never sleeping, up for several days in a row looked like a zombie but could not sleep. She also ahd terrible sweats and could nt control her core body tempt. She gained a lot of weight rapidly on the Lyrica. Also on zyprexa, asn she was diabetic, Seraquol and was diabetic...

So many side effects she has, but trazadone while a few pounds up, then down, has been a better medication for her.

I did not gt the tree up....prcrastinating! I di have to clean the spot and that is what is delaying. Maybe next time I post I will acrtually have it up!

Default Trazadone

I have taken trazadone for the past 9 years, since I was diagnosed.

Its an antidepressant actually, but its not used as an antidepressant anymore, only as a sleep aid, because of its sedating properties, and that its a non-narcotic sleep aid, so its not addictive.

It never made me gain weight, everything else has, but this one did not.

Today, I am doing final shopping for my mom, and packing, and picking up prescriptions for my trip:-)

Default Last minutes

Did I post I got my tree up! Finally, now to get rid of the boxes to the attic.
All of my online Christmas shopping has arrived. I am almost done,. Just the gradson and parents, husband a pocket watch...
Have a nice day,
Di

Hi nutty,
Just had a last minute thought on your trip.Make sure all adults have their drivers licenses.

I made sure the adult kids did two days before...then relaized I had left mine in a check I was cashing at the bank, at 9:00PM the night before our trip. Thank heaveans It was a check I cashed for my son and I called the daughter in law, when she opend the cash, it iwas in that envelope! I was very lucky!

Put medication if flying in a see through zip lock, send any lighters through with checked luggage. For those that smoke, it is tough to find a station area in airports to smoke. Almost missed a flight for daughter to grab a smoke.

I took two of our protable DVD's with headsets for the family to watch on the way. There maybe an adapter or ear buds that two can share.
I had small bags of trail mix, and pretzles for the trip, hunger sets in on the flight and wait.

Accept a wheel chair transport to save time and wear on your back if you have problems.
You can side check suitcases at the gate.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND KEEPING ONE OUT.
With the Disney magic service they send luggage to the room, but many hours after arrival...We needed a change of clothes and our bathing suits and had waited for hours. If you take plane side, this suitcase it is a GOd send!
