I am glad to report things are shaping up for the summer, I am going to continue working out and taking care of myself, like coloring my hair-I've had alot of people guesss I am ten or MORE years older then I am because of how much white hair I have....

Anyway, I was at big lots today and they had all kinds of Wii controllers. I was like stunned by how many different ones they had out! Good luck BJ. You can do it! It's hard to stay motivated to work out and get out of pain but when you start feeling good it's easier.

Maybe we can all motivate each other to work out.

I have to get back to it. I am still losing weight and feel good about
that. But I am just so tired all the time. I'm not sure why.

But I had a massage today, along with my physical therapy and I have
to admit I sure have a serious problem with my legs. So I've got to
do something along with the massages. Because the bruising is okay
it makes the tightness go away. But is sure painful at times, and
sure looks bad.

I don't want that for summer.

I love the fact my clothes aren't fitting either.

I am glad you are losing weight Donna, that's a good thing for our health, let's see if we can inspire one another to do well this summer.

THIngs are okay here, Jackie's dental appt went okay, 3 small cavaties that I suspent he'll need to be totally sedated to have them do. I just hate this. He did great today but this could change his attitude about the dentist.

Red face working out

Donna, yeah i need to figure out a private time and buy a mat for doing floor exercises. i also need to go walking.

but instead i am eating compulsively and hate to go outside at all these days. it stresses me out just having to go out for weekly therapy.

Pam i wish you well for Jackie's upcoming dental work. another area i am neglecting. requires appointments, decisions, and outings, none of which i can handle.

Jackie's dental went well, we have to try to coax him into letting them do three fillings, though truth be told we're aiming for one, just one, if we can do that then maybe it will be all right. I doubt it, I see him needing full on sedation.

I am kinda down too. I just don't feel really up, lots of pain and rain, then rhyme and intwine trust me. My back and neck are aching like heck. I am gonna be working out again soon, we have a lot of stress right now with my son's issues with his med change behavior stuff.

Pam

Let us know when the dental procedure will be so we can do some
heavy prayers and thoughts. Lots say that it really helps if
its saying the right thing.

Thanks Donna. I am one of those people who do believe in the power of prayer. It's june 15th. I am thinking of rescheduling it though...we'll just have to see how it goes.

Thanks Beth. Thank you both for caring. Today should be better. It's not raining today yet so we'll see. I have a dr appt to go to and have to get some laundry done but it's Friday and tomorrow we get to see my mom and I know those days are the best!
