Management has not told me they'd have a working air conditioner in the apartment I want to move into yet. Managment is not good at delivering what they are suppose to. I am not going to be able to buy a air condtioner big enough for the apartment. I can not live somewhere that is hot on count of my ashtma.

I am really bummed out.

Oh, Darn.
I wish that they had a nice place for you that was all ready so that you could feel safe and live in peace.

Barbara,
Maybe try pushing management a little harder for that A/C.
Try to sweet talk them.
From what you describe here, you need to be in a different apartment very soon.
