it took over three weeks
is it me or is there something wrong

well i finally got it
MRI of both breasts
thing is
biopsy said
infiltrated ductal carcinoma
i have decided to have both of my breasts
removed
it has moved outside the duct
i'm really frightened
3 weeks given to migrate
monday 9:30
hoping lymphs are okay
just want them off
not butchered

hanging in

I can imagine how waiting even a day can seem like an eternity. I'm so sorry you're having to go through this.

Hopefully, as soon as the surgery is done you can begin to heal both physically and emotionally. I know this has to be hard for you to accept.

Please keep coming here and keeping us updated on your progress. We can all take comfort in the gigantic strides the medical community has made in this horrible disease. You're in my prayers.

Just wanted to let you know that I understand your fears!

I too am sorry that you are having to go through this...

I have a good friend who is a 10yrs survivor!!!! She said it wasn't always easy but she's here and Cancer free.

I will praying you have the same outcome as my friend.

enormous pain all over
headaches
knee and joint pain waking me up
still on all them meds
neurosurgeon had to take back seat
and let newest doctor who taken the biopsy as he turned around and said
i have some bad news
well then it only took 3 weeks and some
in the mean time i received a copy of disc
mustered up the nerve and looked at them
anyhow again great i can let loose
can't describe what i'm feeling
can tell you what my dearest friend wise man and
lover said that touched me with the level
of oneness
he will be away for the holidays
i said by the time you return they
will have been taken
he ever so earnestly said
eva, i just want you alive
and be able to touch you

this was true kindness
and honest love he has for me
wanting me in his life

i wanted to share this
because i suffer with trust
until i started to connect with people
i miss my dog and my job
can't drive i am dangerous on the road

I read your post early this a.m. You have been in and out of my mind, as well as prayers, throughout the day. I have journeyed with you, reading many of your previous posts. Your thoughts, written into words are all inspiring.

I did a painting some years ago of the "Image of Divine Mercy". The message at the bottom of the painting says "Jesus, I Trust in You". Until two years ago, it was displayed and venerated in a Church for 13 years. It now is on the wall in my living room.

Many times, today, I have gone to the "Image" and prayed to God, the Father - "For the sake of His Sorrowful Passion; Have Mercy on Us and On the Whole World". Eva....today thoughts of you were in those prayers as well.

Please continue reaching out to all of us. You are there for us; as well as we are there for you.

Thank you for letting us know Eva. Sorry you don't have the company of your little dog to help you through. I'm sure that would have helped you cope. Has he/she gone to heaven or is your dog with somebody else at the moment?

It's good that you have some-one special in your life who loves you. His support must be a Godsend throughout all of this.

i was called upon from a few close friends
people i work with

i was told a kindred spirit she turns out to be
we found that not only do we share the same first name
middle name also then ask her what her nationality is
what are the chances we both are Hungarian

eva had a stroke and has a rare blood disorder
TTP i had to go a two hour ride made it sat with her
spoke hungarian in her ear as she couldn't speak
they intubated her she responded by squeezing my hand

she has only one child parents passed family all in europe

i am blessed to have been able and made it to see her

i was late getting started in the morning for my mri
cancelled till wednesday 12:00

i needed to see her

give her some loving

i was blessed i could be there

the tears would run down her face

twice i was asked if i was her mother

i asked why would i be asked that question

the reply

you speak to her like a mother

blessed i was able to do so

i ache all over and am so very tired

wishing all a good night

I'm so sorry you have to go thru this I totally understand and can validate every emotion you are feeling. The anxiety and fear is all too familiar to me. I still struggle with this daily and can give you tons of great advice to aid healing, both physically and emotionally. It's a tough journey, but you have to try to be positive and keep fighting! I had both breasts removed and also had invasive infiltrating cancer. Hopefully, it's early and no lymph involvement! I'm sending you positive prayers and lucky shamrocks, since my bi lat mast was on st pattys day! Hang in there girl. If you need any advice, or to just vent, I am here with you!!
