Thank you everyone. Just when i should be close to God, I am kind of angry with him. I hope to get some rest today.

Heart

((((((Barbara)))))),

I know, honey. It's so hard to understand something that's just not understandable, isn't it

I wish more than anything that you weren't having to go through this. I am glad, though, that you got the time to spend with a nice man and the memories from that time too. One day those memories will be a blessing and a comfort.

BIG HUGS (and love).

Barb

It's ok to be angry at God Barbara...he can take it. Glad you are remembering some good times with Doug. (((Barbara)))

We have not met here before but I read back a bit and I feel sincere sympathy for you at this time. Care givers face a special challenge when they grieve because their role in life is altered the moment they can no longer give care and must instead focus on their own needs. Its quite a shift.I think ,as Dorrie says you will be OK again..and for now here is a cyber hug. Thank you Jo, Alffe, and Mia.

Mia, you are so right about us caregivers. I am doing better as time goes on. I know that keeping busy is helping and being around people.
