Thank you all. Today I felt somewhat like my BP was getting the best of me but just worn out now. I believe that Doug's passing is affecting my mental health but I know I will be alright one day.

We have not met here before but I read back a bit and I feel sincere sympathy for you at this time. Care givers face a special challenge when they grieve because their role in life is altered the moment they can no longer give care and must instead focus on their own needs.Its quite a shift.I think ,as Dorrie says you will be OK again..and for now here is a cyber hug. Thank you Jo, Alffe, and Mia.

Mia, you are so right about us caregivers. I am doing better as time goes on. I know that keeping busy is helping and being around people.
