I have not heard of him. Less than two weeks ago, we took Tom to a DAN! doctor for testing in all of those things you mentioned. (At some point, I'm going to sit down and write a separate thread on our appointment.) Yesterday, I took him to actually get the blood drawn (all things considered, it went VERY well). I'm kind of excited thinking about getting the results.

Anyway, our doctor recommended reading "Children With Starving Brains" by Jacquelyn McCandless before the appointment. I got it from our library, but I'm planning on actually buying it. She talks about all of the "current" treatments of what you probably heard yesterday. If you haven't already read it, I recommend it.

Anyway, I'm hoping this will all help Tom. Need to go for now.
