Default Bungee Jumper for Special Needs Kiddies?

My four year old is non-mobile but loves any kind of jumping motion. I bounce with him on the trampoline (holding him upright) or just on my knee. He is now 37 pounds and getting kind of heavy for me He is able to support himself on his legs, just has trouble with balance. Does anyone know of a jumper (the kind made for babies that attaches above a door) for special needs kids? I have seen the crossbars you can buy that support more weight than a door might, but have not seen the bungee jumpers made specifically for special needs kids,

Thanks, Angela
