Default A child need help

Hi Sir, sorry but i and my community here in Singapore and Vietnam need helps.

We have a Orphan, 8 months old, that had underwent several neuro-surgeries here in Vietnam and Singapore.

Apparently, there's a strange virus that was invading his little child (Duoc Le Loc)'s brain, and had alot of virus in it, causing excessive water to contain in his skull that has cause him to be down with fever and very weak the since birth.

The doctors in Vietnam and Singapore had been cutting his brain and injecting antibiotics every now and then

Initially, when he came to Singapore 2 months ago after doctors in Vietnam gave him up, he was recovering from the surgery in Singapore and the level of virus and water had been decreasing, however, suddenly, it surge up again. The doctors in Singapore had since given up and informed us to let the baby go back to Vietnam to have a last look at his friends

However, we are not giving up hope. There's still a chance to survive. We really hope that there are true specialist in this forum or specialist that you know that could help us out and save this poor little child.
We are willing to pay, we just do not want to give up hope on him and the world.

Looking forward to hear from you.

He is currently staying in KK Women's and Children's Hospital, Singapore

Hi Adamchua

Welcome to NeuroTalk.

I am sorry to read about Duoc Le Loc. I am not a specialist but if he has a viral infection then treating him with antibiotics is completely pointless.

You could find out what the people at the KK Women's and Children's Hospital are working on to support him and post the details here.

Other NeuroTalk members (more knowledgeable than I am) may be able to offer you helpful thoughts.

All the best.
