Does anyone use/know someone who has a nurse case manager? I'm not sure what one does, exactly, yet received a letter from one offering services as part of my insurance "benefit plan."
Not sure either whether having one, or accepting the service, would be a positive or a negative: Is the person truly wanting to help me or help shave costs for the insurance company? Trying to glean some insights from ppl. familiar with this stuff. TYI
