Default question about continuous pain in the brain

Hello everyone
first: I apology for my English.. it is a little bad)
I really don't know if this is the right place to post my thread but I am seeking help hopefully I find it here
I have a continuous pain in my head since 3 weeks now, I did a CT scan in the brain. Doctor told that nothing is wrong with my brain and he said it is just headache. I don't feel the pain is like a headache. I feel it like a burning sensation in many parts in the brain.. vomiting, dizziness... sometimes I feel like I wanna throw up but I don't ...
fever is there too when the pain comes..
I have a collection of the CT scan images.. I would like to show it you and help my analyze them if possible
I have uploaded the images but I am not allowed post links or images yet
thanks
my health history:
I have hepatitis B
also I am suffering from *colon nervous* don't if that is the right word or not
