Default Leg issues

Hi all. I've posted here before. But something new is bothering me.

As I've stated in my other postes I have had numrous spine surgeries; have peripheral neuropathy; severe nerve damage in lumbar and cervical areas.

For years I have had severe numbness in my left leg mainly but that is now in my right leg as well.

But in addition to that recently I flound that the numbness feeling has increased. But also I am finding it more and more difficult to get in and out of bed. Out of chairs also. The numbness that I have in my left leg was initially from the knee down to the foot area. I also on occasions would get severe cramping in my legs. But the feeling now, the only way I can describe it is a constant stiffness; soreness to the upper legs as well. I also found walking more and more difficult. It really has slowed me up greattly.

I do pool therapy and find some relief while doing it. But out of the water my legs are really bothering me I am thinking msucular issues but cant say that is the cause 100%

Any thoughts on what my issue may be?

Thanks for listening.

Allan
