Default Chronic Pain diminished

My chronic pain has really lessened. I still have some headaches and nerve pain in left hand, but overall my pain is gone. It has been almost three year since surgery for thoracic outlet and I still had sever pain. My neurosurgeon ordered ALCAT testing. It showed food intolerances. I started the elimination diet in mid December and now 3 months later, I am feeling like a new person. I have accidentally ingested something on my No No list and later felt pain. It is hard to eat but worth the effort. It is wonderful not living on pain pills.
