Default Mild bulging disk problem

Hi there!

Im 18 year old boy and I have mild bulging disks from t5 to t7 and at c4_c5 due to bad habbits,( I used to play for long sessions 6to8 hours in bad positions for eg always my head wew down to focus on my laptop or my cellphone) now after 2 years of taking care of my back I still have pain in my left shoulder near to the centeral part of my back (theres sth like a soft muscle there, i dont know how to expain...) when I breathe especially deep breathe I feel a not so hard but so so so annoying pain... Im tired of this doctors cant do anything they say, try physiotherapy or special kind of sports but after 2 yeara Im still painful and im suffering, my life is now like hell I need your help asap because I cant go on like this anymore

I'm sorry about your pain. Have you actually been seen by a physical therapist/physiotherapist during this time or is that just what the doctor suggested?

Hi Yasdin,
Have you visited a chiropracter or tried physical therapy? Were your bulging discs diagnosed with an MRI or CT scan? What treatment helped your bulging discs? Are you taking any medication for your pain? Have you researched natural remedies for pain and inflamation?

I'm sorry to hear that you're having chronic pain at such a young age. Pain without a clear cause can be disturbing and frustrating. I'm glad you are here. This is a good place to talk and get advice. I wish you the best of luck. I hope you find relief soon, Cheryl
