Not sure what you are asking....are you questioning what was in the shot or why you have the pinched nerves???
If you are asking about the shot, it was probably a steroid shot. The reason I say this is I also get steroid shots in my back and left shoulder (depending on the day) and I can only get them every two weeks or so. As for the pinched nerves....sounds like someone did a boo-boo.
