Did you find our thoracic outlet syndrome forum?
We have a dr & PT sticky thread or post where you are and maybe someone can suggest a knowledgeable dr for your local area.

Default Get yourself to a pain specialist

Get yourself to a pain specialist. You need narcotics friend. Sounds like you may want to see a neurologist also. Good luck. I know how bad pain 24/7 makes you feel.
