Default southern louisiana...

Well...I live in Southern Louisiana...and I can't say that our weather is so wonderful either. But, at least it has been clear, and without rain for the last few days. For the last several years, we haven't had much of what you would call winter. This year, we even have the seasons with autumn leaves and everything!!! Maybe Hurricane Katrina did that. But, it has been down to freezing for the last few days, and I have been staying in my old recliner snuggled under my quilt. I wouldn't possibly dare to go out. I am expecting rainey hot summer weather will be around by next week since nothing can be counted on for long around here. Winter is always the worst season in the south since it changes so much...and to top it all off, the humidity makes it go through to the bones...even for those who are well. But to tell the truth, the Summer is worse. Humidity plus heat equals sweat!!! Besides, one of my symptoms is that the sun actually makes my skin hurt, and heat draws out all of my energy. But...I am still alive, and can always find something to be happy about anyway. So, I guess I will not complain.
