Default Colloid cyst headaches

I was diagnosed in September 2024 with a 12mm colloid brain cyst in the third ventricle. I've seen a neurologist and neurosurheon with both saying it's not dangerous and no surgery is needed. I'm a nurse who has constant heafaches and memory issues. Once forgot whete i was fir 5 minutes. And suggestions on who will help me in Tennessee?
