It's a mystery to me as well why we don't have any direct communications from any one of the board members of Braintalk or JL himself.

Just a reminder -- we're going to keep only one thread open at any time about BT1 until it comes back online. At that time, I assume and hope we can go back to feedback and suggestions about *this* forum!

So please, this is the open thread, put any comments or feedback you want to share with others about BT1 here for the time being. Thank you!

John

Default For some who can chuckle at this situation

I laughed out loud at this....warning: it's a joke involving BT1...but it's a visually funny one. Scroll down to stevem53. i didn't ask steve's permission so direct unhappiness at me, but it's easier to just get a hoot out of it imo,

I agree with Mrs. D. And curious as well. (And I still get the updates on Firefox and clean my files, history etc. every day! Go figure.)

It will be nice when BT1 is back up again. But, it's also been nice to have a place to express our opinions. I worry for some of us that have expressed openly any dissatisfaction with what happened in the past and is happening now as far as posting again at BT1. It will be interesting to see if an iron fist is plopped down on those who freely expressed dissatisfaction. I know of another board, completely unrelated to here, that was warned not to openly 'bash' BT1 or there would be legal repercussions.

It does surprise me all over again at the lack of updates since one of the mods from BT1 is a member here and I'm sure has read plenty.

Anyway, thanks for pointing out the update! I check there nearly every day and I didn't scroll down to see the new update. I'd suggest to Mr. Hosobuschi that he put the newest updates at the top. That would be more helpful. All I saw was the 8/24 update til I saw this thread.

Thanks again.

Edited to say...Mrs. D, your 'avatar' cracks me up!

Well, Janster, I'm a blonde too, and I thought it was a bear. I, also had to do a double take, when Mrs D posted that it was a cat..

I love it Mrs. D. Really original.
