DocJohn. I for one find the internet very confusing!
I have been rebuilding my posts here slowly, with the most critical ones first. Thanks for your explanations. It is very generous of you to do this for us, and for those who can ultimately use this information!  What bothers me is that much of the information lost were specific personal posts...to unique problems. These were scattered throughout the forums, and most people did not save those. Much in the medical world is anecdotal, but these add up and are very crucial when ONE becomes the anecdote!
