Lightbulb JDPhD....

I second the suggestion, that Chemar made.

I have a good grasp of nutrition issues (how to balance your food intake
so you get the vits/minerals from your food).

I myself have insulin resistance, so I am somewhat hypoglycemic myself
and have to take care of that!

Our weight loss forum has some threads that are "nutrition" based, not
just for weight loss, but for controlling hunger. The fruits/veggie thread is
good, there. So check that out too.

Maybe that forum could be renamed Weight Loss/ Nutritional Issues?

We have a very active forum at Vit/Minerals forum here, please take a look.

I don't know how much the ET and RLS forums got used, but the dystonia one was used very little. A 'movement disorders' forum could encompass all of the top three, plus other movement disorders.
