Maybe not just vitamins, but supplements in general..... vitamins, minerals, amino acids, herbs, etc
As I have learned with my son dealing with both Tourettes and Crohn's....it is frequently the entire nutritional approach that makes the biggest impact!

That would be stupendous as I have to try to balance all those things as well and would love to join a forum like that.

Lightbulb yes, please ditto....

Our vitamin forum at OBT was very valuable. The new information shared
there about Vitamin D and the new research on raising it RDA was a good
example.

One title could be Nutrients/supplements

Also, a Medications board would be nice too, since people often have
drug experiences/side effects/questions or data on new drugs to share.
