Not all flashing graphics are java. Most are animated GIFs, some might be Flash, etc.
If someone posts a topic, "Happy go lucky dance!! (flashing)" that would be enough to alert the members here if they are sensitive to flashing graphics not to view the thread. Some of this is just being a little more aware of other people's needs. It doesn't always come naturally, but I think if we all make more of an effort, it helps everyone. John
