Do you have any extra strict settings on your browsers or antivirus??
What browsers have you tried to join chat with?

Maybe join @ Psych Central to see if you can get in that way??

I guess some are having chat issues @PC too.
Her is the link to their Community Feedback & Technical Support- they might have more info to help, more PC members use the chat than NT members.

The same browsers and no extra strict settings. The same as it's always been. A few years ago before the chat was changed there were members from this forum using the chat regularly. I never had a problem getting into the chat until the latest "fix" a few weeks or so ago. Can't just remember when.

But it's fine. I do not have to go there. Thanks.

The more details about what specific page you're clicking on that's providing the error, the more help we can be in troubleshooting the issue. Also, the specific error message you're receiving (copy and paste would be wonderful!).

Thanks!

I click on Chat Rooms. Then Enter Chat Now. I get:

http://rooms.psychcentral.com/?chat=...b70063eae103cc

I am logged in because when you are not you have to either log in or register. As I said, I am always logged in for everything. Thanks. It is a mystery.

I just tried the chat to see what would happen. I use FireFox.

I got into the startup screen, but when I tried to enter Chat or the Mobile Chat....I received the same screen Kitt gave.

I noticed on PC that the mobile will often work when the regular chat is down, but apparently both won't work for me.

I will say that after an upgrade from FF a while ago, my auto filling password stopped working. (It does autofill from my iPhone however. So I have to type in my password each time here.
If I have a typo, FF asks if I want to save it...which I of course don't click on, since it was a typo.

I wonder if this is a cookie type thing? I am going to clear my cache, and check out cookie permissions today.

I just cleared the cache, and allowed popups from NeuroTalk...
nothing changed.

Where do you clear cookies from? I couldn't find that in options.

This may be a FireFox thing

I just tried on Google Chrome and got in with no problem

Have notified Doc

Clearing cookies on FF is in the History tab...click "Clear Recent History" and then check the relevant boxes for cookies, cache etc
