Maybe your Chat bar has gotten shrunk down??

If I shrink mine it will only show as a little Icon with a blue circle/bubble on the lower right corner.. then to expand it click it and the bar appears across the bottom of the screen..

The chat bar is not showing on my iPhone so perhaps it is not formatted for phones and tablets

Thanks for that.

That's a huge disappointment if it can't work on i products.

I wonder if there is an app for our site.

Jo*mar is the stickie up yet with the other stickies in the TBI/concussion rooms for games and chat or am I unable to see it since I use an iPad?

Jace

Thanks for all you Mods do and for helping me.

Thanks for all you Mods do and for helping me.
We usually would only sticky a thread if it is active....that one has only your reply so far. You can see all the stickies and rest of the forums on an iPad.
May be best to ask about that in PM or on that thread to keep this one on topic.

It does not work on iPhone and iPads at the moment, but works fine on Macs. We'll see if anything can be done to fix that oversight.

Thanks DocJohn,

The iPad is the best screen for my brain. Less headaches.

The developers say there's not enough screen real estate on tablets to let their toolbar function appropriately.

Instead, they recommended downloading the free app:

For iPad/iPhone:
https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/come...594110077?mt=8

For Android:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...ipts.cometchat

On the first line of the login screen, remove the cometchat.com URL and replace it with:

http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/chats/

Then enter your Neurotalk username and password. That connects you to the same people using the chatbar on our site.

Sorry if this isn't quite what you had in mind, but given the technical limitations of tablets, I can understand why they went this route.

DocJohn,

It works!

It's a great solution. Thank you for taking time out of your schedule to do that.

Peace and wellness,

Jace
