On the Bar at the top left of this Page you will see the caption 'User cp'
Click on that, and it will take you to your Control Panel with all the Edit Options - including Signatures - listed down the left side of the page.

Then you just type in the box as you would a Post, Preview and Save your work at the bottom of the box. You also have the option to add pics when you get the hang of things.
