Lightbulb

I don't know anything about tablets. But my iPhone
Acts up here too. Especially one of the drop down menus
Called quick links. Since the last update I have to
greatly enlarge my screen to select a category or it flips
Away.

Some people have noticed that Chrome browser does
Not work with the mood function.

If your connection is slow also you will see some graphic
Loss. I used to get that on 4G sometimes. Less so on
Wifi. When that happens to me the emoticons don't always
Load properly.
So I do think it is your browser. Hope that helps.
