Default about news

Hello.

At first, I would like to send a message of congratulations to everyone that keeps all the forums working.
I have a question and I don't know if this is the correct place to post it:

One forum that I'm always looking is the one about Health News, in an attempt to find news on Myasthenia Gravis. I never find anything. Is there a reason for this? As the forum is for news in neurological issues too, why I can't find news about a neuromuscular disease?

Thank you for your attention.
