mrsD, here is a picture of my two cats, Blackberry and WaiWaiaa.

They are perched on the bucket which contains their cat litter.

I have friends on the Internet who send me links to the most hilarious cat videos. I think of you every time I receive one and know how the cat lover in you would like them. You will continue to be in my prayers as I pray for your recovery.

With much love and appreciation for all of the help you have given us. You are such a special person.

MrsD--

I haven't been on this forum for a long time, having become more involved in the Lyme world, since finding that the cause of my neuropathy. But all those years I lived on this board, I found your input regarding supplements to be incredibly helpful, sending me in a direction I had not previously explored.

I learned from you, and I have never forgotten how much your presence brought this community.

I hope your life gives you pleasure, despite your suffering, and that you take heart from knowing that you have touched so many lives.

XO

I am so shocked and saddened to come upon this post about my dear friend mrsD. We’ve been out of touch for a couple of years, but I came here today just to check in and say hi to her. She helped me for so many years (a decade at least) with her expertise on many subjects and we became pretty good friends in the process. My thoughts are with her and her family.

Mrs D thank you!

Hi Mrs. D, I am saddened to read that you suffered a stroke. I hope you are recovering and able to return to the things you love to do. I have not visited the forum much since Richard(D ick) passed away, so I did not know of your health problem. I so looked forward to your posts and responses. Sending you digital Hugs, Madelyn Levy (Olsen)

mrsD, I wondered if you might be interested in an update about my cats.

Recently they had their annual check-up and vaccinations. They hate their cat-cage; I got lots of bites and scratches, even with help from one of my neighbours, who drove me to the vets.

When we got there the vet showed me where the medical-grade disinfectant was and told me to use it liberally on my bites and scratches.

The check-ups were fine; their vital signs were all good. When they got home they spent a couple of days searching the house for cat-cages; they relaxed when they didn't find any.

Next year should be easier; the vet said that she will come to me (about 0.5 km) for their check-up.

As always, I think about you every day.

I'm so glad the vet will come to you next year.
