Kitt I am not if this helps (usually after running Ccleaner) but I Iaunch NeuroTalk as kiwi33 (which has never changed) and then choose "Remember me"; it puts in my password automatically.
This works for me but my password is written down with all my other secret passwords just in case. Hope this helps.
