A forum like this needs good leadership, and I think that Doc John and KD are here to provide that. It takes an investment of time and energy, and of course the personal qualitites needed to be a good leader. So, I join in the thanks to Doc John and KD
 . In the absence of good leadership, things can get a little like a school classroom when the teacher leaves the room, despite the assignment of student room monitors  .Cara
